Individual Therapy Sessions are a key part in keeping a stable mindset during recovery. It can help unlock parts of the mind, previously inconceivable to you. A safe place to express true, raw emotion that we may otherwise keep bottled up, is paramount in not just keeping mental stability, but in leading a happy life, improving problem solving skills, emotional maturity, continuing to be able to grow, and much, much more.
That being said, we only work with tried and true mental health professionals, who themselves may likely also be in recovery, leading long term sobriety.
Exercise & Diet
We encourage leading the healthiest lifestyle possible.
We are firm believers that eating healthy and staying physically active, is an essential part of living a happy life, especially for Drug Addicts and Alcoholics.
The neighborhood the house is in, is a great place for running. The house has weights and plenty of protein to go around. We highly encourage exercising at least a few times a week. A healthy body is imperative if one wishes to have a healthy mind.
Hobbys & Outings
We also encourage our clients to pursue hobbys & trades. Things like Music, Art & Design, Writing, Computer Science and building PC's, Automotive, Electronics Engineering, Yoga, Bicycling, Drone's & Robotics, Building Models, Cooking, etc...
We also provide outings for the house every other weekend. Things like Virtual Reality Cafe's, Laser Tag, Go Kart Racing, Hiking, Escape Rooms, etc.. We like to incorporate team building exercises into our outings, as it encourages fellowship and boosts overall morale.
