Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy Sessions are a key part in keeping a stable mindset during recovery. It can help unlock parts of the mind, previously inconceivable to you. A safe place to express true, raw emotion that we may otherwise keep bottled up, is paramount in not just keeping mental stability, but in leading a happy life, improving problem solving skills, emotional maturity, continuing to be able to grow, and much, much more. 

That being said, we only work with tried and true mental health professionals, who themselves may likely also be in recovery, leading long term sobriety. 

Exercise & Diet 

We encourage leading the healthiest lifestyle possible.

We are firm believers that eating healthy and staying physically active, is an essential part of living a happy life, especially for Drug Addicts and Alcoholics. 

The neighborhood the house is in, is a great place for running. The house has weights and plenty of protein to go around. We highly encourage exercising at least a few times a week. A healthy body is imperative if one wishes to have a healthy mind.   

Hobbys & Outings

We also encourage our clients to pursue hobbys & trades. Things like Music, Art & Design, Writing, Computer Science and building PC's, Automotive, Electronics Engineering, Yoga, Bicycling, Drone's & Robotics, Building Models, Cooking, etc... 

We also provide outings for the house every other weekend. Things like Virtual Reality Cafe's, Laser Tag, Go Kart Racing, Hiking, Escape Rooms, etc.. We like to incorporate team building exercises into our outings, as it encourages fellowship and boosts overall morale.

EMDR & Other Types Of Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.


Dialectical behavior therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that began with efforts to treat borderline personality disorder. There is evidence that DBT can be useful in treating mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and for change in behavioral patterns such as self-harm, and substance abuse.


Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

More On EMDR

During EMDR therapy the client attends to emotionally disturbing material in brief sequential doses while simultaneously focusing on an external stimulus.

This helps the patient dig down deep to the real root of the distress in their life. Bringing this trauma to the light is a great way to accelerate the healing process.

Originally developed to treat Borderline Personality Disorder, "Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Its main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others."

We believe that this is a powerful tool in recovery from things such as P.T.S.D. and we encourage all who are curious about this type of treatment, to learn more, or try it out! Our outpatient program can help with that!
